Roasted Butternut Squash Soup
served with garlic croutons and locally baked bread

Chicken Liver and Cranberry Terrine
with salad, red onion chutney and toasted brioche

Smoked Salmon
served with salad, creme fraiche and garlic crostini’s

Cherry Tomato Tart
with parmesan rocket and a red pepper dressing

Main Courses

Traditional Roast Turkey Breast & Leg
served with all the trimmings

Roasted Duck Breast
with sweet potato fondant, cherry gravy and crispy leeks

Pan Fried Fillet of Sea Bass
with crushed new potatoes, bacon, green beans and chive cream sauce

Gnocchi, Goats Cheese
with wild mushroom and champagne sauce

All of the above are accompanied with a selection of winter vegetables

Bookings require a deposit of £10 per person for The Stag Christmas Party menu 2016 and £25 per person for The Stag Christmas Day 2016 menu.

Bookings without a deposit will not be valid.

Please note that the deposit is non-refundable & we require a minimum 24 hour notice of any cancellation or you will be charged for the full amount.

In order to help us maintain the highest possible standards of service during your visit, we would ask you to complete the menu selection form for all members of your party & return it to a member of our team at least one week before your booking.

Please note: our Christmas menus are extremely popular & we would therefore recommend that you book early to avoid disappointment.
