Roasted Tomato and Red Pepper Soup
served with locally baked bread

Homemade Ham Hock Terrine
with salad, crostini’s and red onion chutney

Smoked Haddock and Chilli Fishcakes
with salad and lemon creme fraiche

Traditional Roast Turkey Breast & Leg
served with all the trimmings

Roasted Pheasant Breast
celeriac and apple mash with pasnip crisps and red wine jus

Baked Lemon Sole Fillets
with sauteed new pototas, olive, tomato and caper sauce

Stilton and Caramalised Red Onion Risotto

Bookings require a deposit of £10 per person for The Stag Christmas Party menu 2016 and £25 per person for The Stag Christmas Day 2016 menu.

Bookings without a deposit will not be valid.

Please note that the deposit is non-refundable & we require a minimum 24 hour notice of any cancellation or you will be charged for the full amount.

In order to help us maintain the highest possible standards of service during your visit, we would ask you to complete the menu selection form for all members of your party & return it to a member of our team at least one week before your booking.

Please note: our Christmas menus are extremely popular & we would therefore recommend that you book early to avoid disappointment.
